You can now use HealthJoy to easily submit your COVID-19 vaccination and testing status and results. This makes it easy to be able to reference your vaccine card - all you have to do is upload a photo and you can access it via HealthJoy at any time.

With our latest update, it's now easier than ever to find a therapist through HealthJoy Behavioral Health for a teletherapy appointment.
A new and more intuitive scheduling experience allows you to see what providers have availability by day so you can find a time that would work best for you. And you're still able to look at a specific provider's availability to schedule an appointment if you've found a therapist that you want to continue seeing.

Behavioral health services are in high demand. As a result, we’ve added a support phone number to the behavioral health scheduling screen should you need help finding a provider with availability. To access behavioral health services within the app, tap Therapy & EAP from the menu and select Talk to a Therapist.

We’ve enhanced the Passcode & Biometric Scanners setting to provide you with a more secure app experience. If you have enabled the Passcode & Biometric Scanners setting, you will be prompted for your passcode every time you access the app after closing it completely even if you have a time delay selected. To enable this setting, tap Profile > Settings > Passcode Lock and toggle on Passcode & Biometric Scanners.

You can now customize your financial account notifications. Your HealthJoy app will notify you when deposits and withdrawals have been made to and from your financial account(s). You also have full control to turn these notifications on or off at any time. To add a financial account, tap Wallet > > Your Financial Accounts. Customize your notification preferences by tapping Profile > > Settings > > Notifications.

We’ve fixed some bugs and made some improvements to make it even easier to add family members to the app. Navigate to Profile > Family Members to view which family members are connected to your profile. If a dependent or spouse is missing from the list, you can now live chat with our concierge team directly from this screen.

We’ve added Spanish language support! In-app navigation, profile & settings, and chatting with JOY are now fully supported in Spanish. Spanish speakers can set HealthJoy to Spanish by going to Profile -> Settings -> Language. This latest version also contains minor bug fixes and performance improvements.

We’ve streamlined the way members access mental healthcare within our app. Behavioral health and EAP therapy are now accessed through a single, easy-to-use menu item. We also provide a little more education on the differences between those two offerings. NOTE: Menu items may differ depending on a client’s plan elections.

NOTE: HealthJoy EAP is an optional add-on for customers. Members will only have access if their company offers it. If you would like access, please contact your HR department and request the feature.
